- Journaling exercise + 1 buddy call

Example: You analyze your current areas of life (e.g., family, work, daily life) and recognize where you live your values – and where you don't. You keep a record of your value experience in the three areas: me with myself, me with family/relationships, me with others (e.g., job)
- Introduction to the "Values Game" (instructions, effect, getting started)
- Specific application scenarios (coaching, school, team)
- Exercise: First game facilitation with a buddy/person in your environment
- Goal: Confidence & enjoyment in applying it
Example: You will learn how to use the game as an introduction to coaching or as a mood check in a class – and test it in a real conversation with a person of your choice.

Example: You design a concrete mini-session for your field of work – e.g., a parent-teacher evening, an individual meeting, or team development – and receive feedback from other participants.

Moin! I'm Hendrik, the inventor of the Valueverse and developer of the most VALUABLE games in the world.
After over 20 years as an entrepreneur in the communications industry, I realized: success without values leaves you empty. So, I gave away my shares and started anew. Today, I show people and institutions a method that makes coaching easy – yet profoundly effective: Games + Values.
For the past 10 years, I've been working as an NLP Master Coach and Systemic Business Coach for influential people and companies, aiming to leave the world more valuable than I found it.
In the last two years, I've guided over 100,000 people to their true values. What started as a small game idea became the Valueneers movement, where we empower coaches, trainers, and teachers to become value experts, so they can act in a value-creating way in their jobs!
